Sifu Wong Kiew Kit presented a paper on "Qigong, a Cure for Cancer and Chronic, Degenerative Diseases? A Global Interest" at the Second World Congress on Qigong, held in San Francisco, USA from 21st to 23rd November 1997. At the Congress, Sifu Wong was awarded "Qigong Master of the Year"
